Design and Build

We are a design build company and we build everything outdoors! The design process begins with a free consultation, we talk about desired garden features, pool options and the budget to work with in. We design and build $100K and under or $1,000,000 projects. We start with the design phase with several appointments, measure the yard and finalize an agreed upon design. The permit phase takes the drawing to the city and then we start the construction phase with a signed contract with agreed terms. We have 3 contractors licenses, B, C27, C53, General Building, Landscape and Pool Building. Generally, a design takes 2 to 4 weeks, permits can take 2 weeks at some cities and up to 2 months at other cities. And for construction time frames, the hardscape can take up to a month, pool remodels take about 6 weeks and a new pool and accompanied hardscape can take 2 to 3 months.
